Kuwait has not yet implemented VAT, though it is planned under the GCC framework. Dictode's configurable tax engine can be switched on with the right rate and labels when it goes live.

Yes. Double-entry books, period locks and audit trails give you the records and reports needed for income-tax filings, which apply mainly to foreign-owned entities.
