Does Kuwait have VAT, and is Dictode ready for it?
Kuwait has not yet implemented VAT, though it is planned under the GCC framework. Dictode's configurable tax engine can be switched on with the right rate and labels when it goes live.
Does Dictode support Kuwait corporate income tax records?
Yes. Double-entry books, period locks and audit trails give you the records and reports needed for income-tax filings, which apply mainly to foreign-owned entities.
Does payroll handle end-of-service indemnity?
Yes. Payroll computes salaries, deductions and end-of-service indemnity, producing records suited to Wage Protection System processing.
Can I keep multi-currency books in Kuwait?
Yes. Dictode handles multi-currency transactions with KWD as your base, useful for businesses trading across the GCC and beyond.
Does it work offline and in Arabic?
Yes. Desktop (macOS, Linux, Windows) is offline-first with mobile, tablet and Cloud sync, and the interface supports Arabic.
